Today Is the Tomorrow You Worried About - And All Is Well

Hi Friends!

As we welcome a fresh New Year, it’s the perfect time to reflect on how far we’ve come. One of my favorite sayings is:

“Today is the tomorrow that worried you yesterday, and all is well.”

It’s a simple reminder that our fears and worries about the future often turn out better than we expect.

Think back to this past year—the challenges and doubts you overcame, the moments you didn’t think you’d make it through. But you did, and you’re stronger for it! Standing at the edge of a brand-new year, we have the chance to focus on today instead of worrying about what’s next.

Let’s live in the moment and find joy in the little things. The future may feel uncertain, but we have the power to shape it by how we show up today. Whether it’s through movement, connection, sharing a smile, or helping a friend, we can let go of yesterday’s worries and focus on what’s in our control.

This year, let’s trust ourselves. We’ve faced uncertainty before and come through it—we’ve got this. And even if today doesn’t go as planned, there’s always the opportunity to start fresh tomorrow.

Here’s to a year of growth, resilience, and joy. Here’s to showing up for ourselves and each other, embracing the moment, and trusting that all will be well.

❤️This is a photo of the cross-stitch that hung in my kitchen growing up. Its message is forever etched in my mind: "Today is the tomorrow that worried you yesterday, and all is well." I think of it often.❤️
