Let’s talk about chronic inflammation - that behind-the-scenes imbalance that can lead to fatigue, weight gain, insulin resistance, depression, and faster aging. It builds quietly over time but can be reversed with strong, consistent habits. That’s where we shine!!!
Inflammation thrives on stress, sugar, processed food, and too much sitting. It’s connected to diabetes, belly fat, and mood swings. But healing doesn’t have to be complicated - just intentional.
This week, let’s focus on resetting. Train 4–5 days with purpose. Take a cold shower after your workout. Walk in the woods. Try a 12–14 hour fast overnight. Cut processed sugar for 5–7 days. Load your plate with leafy greens, good fats, and colorful veggies. These habits work - they’re simple, strong, and healing.
