Get Sweaty!!!
Hey Friends!
My wellness goals? To enjoy life, eat well most of the time, drink a bunch of water, sweat my ass off on most days and love my loves. To be strong and durable and have a frame that is aligned. To be able to move for hours, balance and jump and twist and reach and fall and do cartwheels. To have legs, a core and arms that propel me. To be moving 40+ years from now.
Your wellness goals? Give it some thought and then make a plan for this week. Are you going to move a bunch and drink a ton of water? Will you spend some time prepping a menu that will keep your strong body well fed? I hope so because I pinky swear promise that by this time next week, you’ll feel super duper proud of yourself.
