Chug Some Water!

Hey friends! As you know, I’m a water pusher. I push water because I know how beneficial it is to have a hydrated body and chugging more water is the easiest thing you can do to increase your health.
Here are some telltale signs that you need to drink some more H2O:
low energy
mental fog
yellow pee
feeling faint
cramping muscles
drowsy
cranky
headaches
hungry
fine lines/wrinkles
weak workouts
slow digestion
All signs that you need to go chug some water.
