Personal Training and Health Coaching

 

I provide one-on-one Personal Training/Health Coaching sessions in my private studio at The Woodstock Rec Center. My goal is to help you move better, feel happier, and improve your quality of life.

What to Expect:

  • Initial Consultation: Your first session includes a consultation where I assess your movement patterns, discuss your goals and motivations, and create an individualized plan.

  • Flexible Scheduling: We can meet weekly, every other week, or monthly—whatever works for you.

 

My Philosophy:

I focus on form, function, and fun! My approach supports you in:

  • Drinking more water

  • Sleeping well

  • Eating nourishing foods

  • Moving your body

  • Gaining control of your life

  • Strengthening muscles, joints, and bones

HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) - In Person and Zoom

A workout that alternates short bursts of activity with shorter rest periods, focusing on building endurance and improving overall health.

  • Benefits: Improves cardiovascular health, bone density, muscular strength, cholesterol profile, and insulin sensitivity.

  • Schedule:

    • Monday, 8:15-9:15 AM (In-person & Zoom

    • Friday, 8:15-9:15 AM (In-person & Zoom)

  • Cost: $15 (advanced booking), $18 (drop-in)

  • What to Bring: Mat, weights (10 - 30 lbs), and water

 

Power Pilates - In Person and Zoom

A full-body workout inspired by Pilates, focusing on strength, balance, and alignment.

  • Schedule:

    • Tuesday, 8:15-9:15 AM (In-person & Zoom)

  • Cost: $15 (advanced booking), $18 (drop-in)

  • What to Bring: Mat, light weights (2-3 lbs), and water

PiYo - In Person and Zoom

A dynamic workout combining Pilates and yoga to improve flexibility, strength, and resilience.

  • Schedule:

    •  Thursday, 12:00-1:00 PM (In-person & Zoom)

  • Cost: Free for members, $25 for non-members

  • What to Bring: Mat, towel, and water

Cardio Dance - In Person 

A 45-minute express dance workout featuring fun, cardio-pumping moves to energize your body and spirit.

  • Schedule:

    •  Wednesday, 5:15-6:00 PM (In-person & Zoom)

  • Cost: $15 (advanced booking), $18 (drop-in)

  • What to Bring: Sneakers and water

How do I pay for classes and training sessions?

Please pay before or immediately after your session/class. Weekly payments are also accepted. Stay current with payments using these options:

How do I access Zoom live-streamed classes?

1. Sign up at least 12 hours in advance by emailing soulshinetraining@gmail.com.

2. Create a free Zoom account at www.zoom.us or download the app.

3. You’ll receive an invitation link via email 1 hour before class.

4. Mute your microphone upon joining the session.

5. Complete the mandatory online waiver form if you haven’t already.​
